Cancellation Policy
This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders.
Client understands that upon placing any email, phone, or online catering order, the team members at HIJO DE SU MADRE are committing time and resources to this catering order and thus cancellation would result in lost business and revenue.
Thus, the following cancellation limitations will apply:

a.) A catering order may be cancelled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the event.
b.) Cancellation of a catering order made less than seven (7) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the subtotal.
c.) Cancellation of a catering order made less than one (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the subtotal.
